Meet our staff

Dr.Lingham, CEO.

Marcella E. Lingham has been affiliated with Quality Community Health Care, Inc., (QCHC) a non-profit community-based organization located in North Philadelphia for 35 years, the last 29 as Executive Director and currently, CEO/President.  Dr. Lingham’s work with QCHC started in 1979 as a volunteer when she joined with other concerned members of the community, to address the lack of quality health care available and accessible in North Central Philadelphia.

Oumar Sano, Nurse Practitioner.

Oumar Sano, CRNP, received his Masters as a family Nurse Practitioner from Millersville University in 2013. Oumar has experience in Family Health Center settings, from Maryland to Pennsylvania. He has provided care for heart failure and pre and post surgical patients. Oumar’s clinical background is extensive and we are pleased to have him serve the Quality Community Health Care Community. He was been with QCHC Family Health Center since 2013.

Parisa Parsa, CRNP.

Parisa Parsa, CRNP, received her Education as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Francis Marion University, South Carolina. Parisa made the Deans honor’s List and was awarded outstanding nurse of the year at Cavendish Community Health Center. Parisa has been in the healthcare field for more than 11 years. She joined Quality Community Health Care in August of 2016 and we are happy to have her. Parisa serves the community at QCHC Family Health Center.

Maria Kelmanski, CRNP.

Maria Kelmansky, CRNP, joined the Provider staff of Quality Community Health Care in November of 2017. Maria received her Masters of Nursing – Family Health from Thomas Jefferson College of Nursing. Maria is a team player and we are happy to have her on staff, come welcome Maria. She serves the community at QCHC Family Health Center.

Aleena Chang, CRNP.

Aleena Haeseon Chang, CRNP, joined the Provider staff of Quality Community Health Care, also in November of 2017. Aleena received her Masters of Nursing – Family Health from Thomas Jefferson College of Nursing. Aleena, is licensed in PA and NJ and served as patient advocate by defending and preserving the rights, dignity, privacy and property of the patient. Come welcome Aleena. She serves the community at QCHC Family Health Center.

Sarah Combs, CRNP.

Sarah Marie Combs, CRNP, grew up in Maryland.  Sarah received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University, and was awarded the Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Sarah is new to Philadelphia, but has adjusted quite well here at Quality Community Health Care. She has served in underprivileged patient populations as part of her training; setting up clinics in rural communities in Central America. Sarah serves our community at the Cooke Family Health Center.

Ellen Wilson-Dorsey, CRNP.

Ellen Wilson-Dorsey, CRNP, grew up in Staten Island NY. She worked in the healthcare field for more than 20 years. Ellen started medical school at the St. Catherine’s University, in St. Paul M.N. where she received her BS, Drexel University for her Masters – Family Nursing Practitioner - and completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at  Wilkes University. Ellen served in the United States Army Reserve and received honorable discharge in 2002.  She has been with Quality Community Health Care since August of 2016 and serves our community at the Meade Family Health Center.

Mariah Gerald, Physician Assistant.

Come meet Mariah Gerald, PA-C, Mariah received her Masters of Physician Assistant studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. Mariah is certified as a Osteopathic and Medical Physician Assistant and is board Certified. She recently joined the Quality Community Health Care Family.

Judith Tiga, Physician Assistant.

Come welcome the newest member of Quality Community Health Care, Judith Tiga, PA-C.  Judith received Master of Physician Assistant studies from the University of Iowa and is Board Certified. Judith serves the community at QCHC Family Health Center.

Amy Ramsubhag, Nurse Practitioner.

Amy RAMSUBHAG MSN, CRNP, AGNP-C,  is a new member of the Quality Community Health Care Provider Team. Amy received her Masters from University of Pennsylvania in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. Amy is committed to addressing the health and wellness needs of our community. Amy serves the community at Quality Community Health Care.

Gill Ogoma, Nurse Practitioner.

Welcome Gill Ofoma, CRNP to the staff of Quality Community Health Care, Inc. Gill, (pronounced Jill) received her Master’s of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Widener University. Gill has experience with Cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and orthopedic surgical problems. She serves the community at QCHC Family Health Center.

Fahmida Hussain, DMD coordinator.

Fahamida Hussain, DMD, joined Quality Community Health Care in September 2007. Dr. Hussain has her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from the University of Pennsylvania – School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Hussain is a published Dentist and always worked as a clinician providing clinical care to the patients of Quality.

Shaina Thomas, DMD.

Shaina Thomas, DMD, received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University, Kronberg School of Dentistry. Dr. Thomas joined the Dental Staff of Quality in September 2015 and has gained the confidence of our patients since.

Nessa Shekari, DMD.

Nessa Sherkia, DMD, received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Maurice Kronberg School of Dentistry, Temple University. Dr. Sherkia joined the Dental Staff of Quality Community Health Care, in June of 2017. Stop by and welcome Nessa to the Dental team.

Sri Thatikonda, DMD.

Sri Aravind Thatikonda, DMD received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Thatikonda is a second author in an abstract presentation in SDM research retreat in Penn Dental School. Stop by and say hello to Dr. Thatikonda.

Brittni Green, Dental Hygienist.

Brittni joined the Dental Team in July of 2015. Brittni builds strong rapports with her patients and educates them on his or her oral health.
